Product Process
Discovery & Problem Definition
Identify opportunities through data (GA4, Hotjar, PostHog), user feedback, and stakeholder conversations. Write problem statements, not solution statements.
Requirements & Scoping
Author PRDs, BRDs, and user stories with acceptance criteria. Scope MVPs aggressively. Use Gherkin format for testable acceptance criteria when working with QA.
Sprint Execution
Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, grooming, retrospectives. Manage backlogs in Jira. Unblock the team, don't just track progress.
Ship & Iterate
Ship fast, measure results, and iterate. Set up event tracking and dashboards before launch so there's data to act on from day one.
